Hello,

Your last link doesn't look the same as mine, I've a small wrist too, and the clasp is well balanced on my wrist because my last link seems to be half link than your "stock" bracelet (without modifying).

I've a 16610LV, my bracelet is not the same than on 14060M or 16610 ?

Here is a picture (there are 4 permanents links (the first, near 6'o clock is not on the picture), and one "half link", attached to the clasp:
