Advise from forum about paypal
I lost by accepting pay pal big time before so I am always reluctant to accept it again.A forum member with under 100 posts has inquired about a watch of mine for sale and after a long phone conversation agreed to buy the watch if I take pay pal.I told him to pm his email address so I can send him an invoice through pay pal and he agreed. After the conversation I receive a few texts that he wants to use 2 pay pal accounts 1 US based another Taiwan based to split the charges. The Taiwan based card has an international address and cant be added to the US account.I responded with if he can do it with the 1 that has the address it would be shipped to for both our safety. His response was that both are verified and I am not trying to scam you just trying to split my charges to 2 different accounts and that if I don't trust him we don't have to proceed.I told him I never mentioned not trusting him or that he was a scammer just wanted to follow pay pal policy.I never heard back from him. Advise from the pay pal gang here. Is this a typical deal when someone wants to pay with pay pal?
Thanks
