hello all,
I'm brand new to the world of rolex...and I've been wandering around these threads for the past few days or so trying to learn as much as I can about rolex...anyways I recently graduated and as a present my parents got me a Rolex Gmt Master II with the ceramic bezel all stainless model. I havent received it yet because the AD had to order it in and it should be here sometime in the coming week.
After doing some research I still had some questions...
Is the clasp on the GMT an updated clasp or is it an old one? There is a thread on the site that shows the downfall of the clasp on gmt and I'm kind of worried that it might happen to me.
Also is this watch made entirely of the 904 L steel or just the case?
and lastly...How do I clean and take care of this watch (I'll probably wear it everyday)
