Computer Help

Hi Folks,

I have a Dell Inspiron 530 desktop, it's just a couple of years old. The other day we had a bad storm, the next day it was powered off, I went to push the power button, it lit up for under a second, there was a slight whir sound, then nada.

Holding the power button down cause the power light to blink and multiple little whirs, like something is trying to start. It was connected to a power strip, and all the other connected accessories (printer, modem, router, etc) are fine.

Does this sound like it's *just* a new power supply that I might be needing?

Thanks in advance - Chris
