Does Anyone Ever Hear Their Navitimer Winding?

I have a Navitimer that is about 2 years old, and sometimes... quite often, in fact, if I move a certain way, I can hear it winding. The first time I heard it was in a quiet office. I couldn't tell the sound was coming from my watch. A day or so later, I heard it again. All of a sudden I figured it out -- THAT SOUND IS MY WATCH! Now, when I hear it, I often wonder, "Do other people hear my watch winding?" It's not the kind of sound you have to press your ear against the watch to hear.

Does anyone else experience this? Is something wrong?
