Feedback on this 5513 dial
I had a friend stop by today and offer me this 1.59 million serial 5513. Unfortunately I did not have all my gear with me, most importantly my good camera and my loupe. So my question is, does this dial look touched up, or is the black around the indices a result of moisture in the case? The watch came to him w/o a crown.
 The first two pictures are the best we could do....Sorry for the poor pics.  Scott
