Appraisal questions

Hello everyone,

I'm looking into Jewelers Mutual to insure my two Rolexes and ofcourse they require an appraisal. I went to a local AD who said I could drop off the watches and it would take approx two weeks.

The other said it would take about a week, but their appraiser works 9-5 everyday?? This AD is located in the shopping mall.

Is this the norm? No same day appraisals? I really don't want to be without any of my watches for two weeks when no service is even required.

Also, any experience with Jewelers Mutual, are they a sound company?

THANKS
