Do they sell many of the small woman's watches anymore?

I was just wondering if many of the small womans watches are sold anymore. They seem to look very dated now (my opinion). Most younger woman are all wearing the larger watches. Would you buy your wife or girlfriend one of these or would you get her the larger one. Would she want one? Just curious on your opinions.
