Time keeping!!

My rolex deepsea is +2 second a day is that normal for an expensive watch.
My local deal said that normal can't say I was not disappointted in hearing that!
If not normal should I get it look at under Warranty...my Dealer said rolex wouldn't touch it unless it was over the chronometer stand off -/+
