I've posted on TZ for a few years, but never found my way over here. My first mechanical watch was a GMT II in college, but I haven't been a big Rolex guy since.

And then the other day I found a deal on a new GMT II I just couldn't pass up. I had heard about TRF from some posters on a firearms forum I post on, so I thought I might stop by and ask some questions.
