2 Rolex Watches. 1 needs Battery Other ones Been Gutted

What I here are 2 Rolex watches. One has been gutted and is only the shell. The other needs a battery. I don't know anything about these watches. I got them with some other watches. I think they are the bottom line of Rolexs but not sure. Thanks...dave
