Got my 5513 back from Chicago last week!
My 60s 5513 was completely overhauled by Sutter's Watch Repair (authorised Rolex Repair outfit).
When placed on my rejuvenated 60s Rolex USA jubilee bracelet, I am literally stunned by the transformation. While the markers remain slightly off-white due to age, the rest of the watch looks as though it might have been made last Tuesday. The face of the dial is flawless. The bezel -- which had a decent ding in it -- is somehow made whole. How they could do that without replacing it, I am uncertain. As a secondary thought, it also keeps good time! I will post pictures shortly! I should also state that the customer relations experience was considerably improved over my last engagement of Sutter's. $627...but it's like a whole new watch, and the combination of the Sub and the Jubilee - it's unique and looks great! -- LT SUBS |
