Help finding a Sub LV green insert

Hi Guys,
Haven't seen a thread on this in a while but has anyone had any luck sourcing a green LV bezel insert lately? My AD says they can order them but Rolex is requiring the watches serial number before the order is processed. My problem is I am trying to get an insert for my standard 16610 so my serial number wont match a LV. Any help you can provide is much appreciated.

If you have an AD that will sell the insert to me without a LV serial number or if you have one to sell, please PM me.
