Pre Owned Rolex(s)
Here is a thought. I love rolex and I have owned several pre owned, with few problems, as they say buy the seller not the.......
However whenever I buy a pre owned watch, especially a Rolex I cannot help to think of where this watch has been and who had it before. I think this web site makes my imagination run wild.... lets recap. How about the guy who wanted to open up his watch to "do his own service" or the person who wanted to shoot some WD-40 inside or the other guy who wanted to restore a watch by buying it piece by piece.... There are countless other examples of this. My admiration of my watches ends at me staring at it or occasionally changing to a NATO. The thought of picking up one of someones old experiments is scary to me, however as they say a factory service cures all. Not really sure the point of my post, but I often think of some of the past posts and it kind of pushes me to spend a little more to go with a better seller or even new. |
