Kudos to Rolex Service Center, New York (RUSA)
Recently sent my 10yr old two-tone sub in for service. The bracelet was badly worn as well as pins holding bracelet to clasp. The watch takes a beating as I am in marine salvage and vessel recovery business and the watch has literally been on my wrist for 10 years. When the watch was returned the first time I was not happy with the bracelet repair and sent it back to Rami, the customer service manager. He was great and personally oversaw the bracelet repair and called me after he had reviewed the work. Rami told me it looked great and sent it to me quickly. Well I just received watch and bracelet looks like new and I am most pleased with the work and promptness of service. RUSA went above and beyond to make a customer happy and I am most appreciative. They did not charge me for the second service and were apologetic it was not taken care during routine service. This is my 3rd Rolex in 35 years and because of service like this, I will continue to be a loyal customer. I was tempted to trade my old TT on a "new old style sea-dweller" but I am glad I kept my old Submariner. Thanks Rolex
