Help needed in identifying this 1675
Hi folks, I'm planning to purchase this 1675 5.1mil series circa 1977 with a very clean matt dial. However, I'm quite hesitant as the hour markers seem too 'white' although they are not totally white and the dial seems too clean for this age.
The hands look ok as I can see some oxidization but the patina is a little yellower than the hour markers. The date wheel seems original with the silver wheel and the open 6s & 9s. At the bottom of the dial is the usual 'swiss t 25'. It also comes with the RSC authentication cert. My hesitation lies in the doubt that could this be a refinished dial or a redial NOS? I've checked it under dim lighting and it doesn't lume. I've attached a link to the picture of the watch as I can't seem to upload the picture here directly. I would greatly appreciate if anyone can look at the picture and give me their comments. Thanks a million! Link: http://sports.webshots.com/album/579378457wnQRgo |
