SS Daytona Zenith Movements?????
Ok, so i been looking into the entire zenith movements with the SS Daytonas and I need some clarifications.
- I saw a post where a G serial was a zenith with new clasp and was a 2010 model, is this true? - I read some posts where Zenith movement was not available in new watches as it was done away with 2 years ago, is this true? - I also saw some information where the Daytona Zenith has been regulated down to a frequency of 28800 to keep it looking like every other Rolex, if this is true why would you want to get a Zenith movement other then rarity? I am new to Rolex and only have a couple months under my belt in regards to information. I wish I found this forum before I bought my first Rolex, a new SS Daytona. If the Zenith is not regulated I think I might sell me new one and get a Zenith since it should move smoother then my current model. Any inputs on this will help... I will have to put my next purchase of a SUB-C on hold since this has been bothering me. |
