Good service at Rolex London
I thought that I'd just mention this to maybe help others in the UK.
I've had a problem with my Sub keeping inconsistent time recently. I phoned St James Square yesterday and they suggested I take it in. I took it in this morning with the warranty card and the watch was looked at while I waited. Apparently it was running off-beat or something(?). It was adjusted there and then and returned. They also helped me with sizing another bracelet. I'm very happy with the service and I would take a watch there again if required, well done Rolex London. By the way, what is running off-beat? There was a suggestion it had been banged off something. |
