Icon7 My 1st Rolex- (Hopefully)

So I have been working the past 10 yrs on getting my career to where I am now. I am pretty proud of myself and what better reward then a new Rolex. The one I am looking at is the Datejust II 116334sao. I am 31, no debt but dont own a house. I rent, no kids etc. I am getting some of the "hater/critics" that think a watch of this caliber is a waste of money blah blah blah. Just want to see if this is something that has happened to others out there with their 1st purchase. Any regrets? Not seeking approval just the reassurance that the value/ownership opinions I have read are legit. Looking at a March purchase! Any online pro's/con's and is it safe? Thanks!
