Rolex GMT2C clasp bracelet question

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding my gmt2C rolex clasp bracelet (the first clasp that opens the bracelet with the rolex logo).

I bought it in 2009 and last year i accidentally dropped it causing the clasp bracelet won't close but my AD fixed it. The only problem now is that when i close the clasp it is not as smooth as before and I notice a small gap on the right side of the clasp.

My question is that I can just replace the clasp from maybe an independent that has an account with Rolex or RSC correct?

The AD told me that rolex would require me to replace the whole bracelet and would cost more. What do you guys think? The watch is fine now but I want it the way it use to be. I use the watch everyday and can use it.

Below are some picture I hope you guys can see what I am talking about.

Thanks in advance!
