Jogging in a Submariner...

I have quite recently "invested" in my first Rolex...a MINT M-serial sub which I really like ...but I have a small issue..I dont know if it's just in my mind or of it's justified...

I am an amateur boxer and as such run at least 7km 3-5 times a week..I jog with whatever watch I have on and like to use the bezel to time the run..

Now I am a mech. eng by profession and am really intersted in the mechanics in my watches. I am a bit let down that my 3135 uses a simple bearing in the rotor and it has recently dawned on me if I should be running in my sub at all ...

I am worried of premature wear to the tiny axle on which the rotor turns and can vividly picture the rotor "scraping" on the movement plate as shown in the picture below...

What are your opinions? Should I quit jogging in my sub? I know the 3135 is reputed to be very reliable but in all honesty it is the only mid-high movement I have seen which suffered "brushing" of the rotor on the plate ...
