I am selling few rolex travel pouches and received payment via paypal from a member from Russia. Will customs clear the shipping? The total cost is not more than $30 ?

I am afraid that I will ship them and the member will not receive it and the usual story of " deception and filing a claim via Paypal".

Want to be safe than sorry...

Please let me know your experiences with shipping to Russia.
