Tudor 7923 Sub

I have a Tudor 7923 Sub case and dial. The case should clean up pretty well, and the dial is not too bad. It is, however, slightly bulged in on area as if something hit it from the rear (make sense). I do not have a movement, and really am not sure what movement I need. I know it is manual wind, but do not know the caliber. Is this watch worth restoration? If so, can anyone suggest someone to do the resto? BTW, glad to be on board TRF!!
