new vintage gold piece...

Hi guys,
Just found a vintage precision from a very good friend..
Local watchmaker guy who looked at it for him reckons its all legit from 1935 and he said its "low" gold ,ie 9k or max 14k I reckon .

I can't see any ref numbers not between lugs nor on back if watch...will get it open next week hopefully caseback is marked...

The dial seems peculiar as it has the minute track inside the numbers, haven't seen any like this before...

ANYONE GOT ANY INFO / WORDS OF WISDOM FOR ME ?
