Could someone take advantage of their warranty if the Certificate wasn't dated?

We all Know the rolex warranty certificate is supposed to be dated with the sales date , But what if an AD forgot to fill in the date ?

I mean couldn't someone just fill in the Warranty Card with a bogus date just to get free warranty work on their watch?

Well it happen to me , I took a picture of the warranty certificate before my AD dated it with the original sales date when I took it in for sizing .

I guess they made good on correcting their own mistake.

But my question is , could someone really take advantage of a situation like that ?

Oh and here is a crappy cell phone picture to prove that it wasn't dated because we all know " without posting pictures , it never really happen."
