Icon5 How can you explain...????

Yesterday I just picked up a preowned "M" series Sub Date 16610 in a local jewelry store in almost LNIB condition that is doing something rare. Let me explain myself...

When I adjusted the time of the watch (as I routinely do when I got a new watch) I checked that the minute hand is exactly in the center of the stick that correspond to the minute. Yesterday the watch was performing great with only +3 seconds in 24 hrs approx (I least I thought it was). Well... today I checked the watch at work and it was a whole minute ahead which really got me concerned. When I saw this I decided to wait and keep checking the watch in the following hour and... surprise... the watch started preforming the same as yesterday 2 to 3 seconds fast only.

After analizing the problem and a couple of hours more of observation I realized that when the minute hand is between the 30th to approx the 55 minutes the minute hand is situated right in front of the little stick that represents the minute or second. Otherwise, when the minute hand has passed the 55 minutes the minute hand starts like to run faster and between the 5-25 minutes the minute hand has passed to the other minute practically. Hope you all understood.

It looks like either the dial is wrong and not even or the axis when the minute hand spins is twisted inside. I can't say I don't have any other explanation for this behavior. Please let me know what you all think. Is this a normal behavior in some watches or should I take it back and get a refund????
..
(You can check the attached picture that the second hand just passed the 12 and the minute hand is already half way from the 8th second/minute)
