Icon5 Submariner 1680 solid gold or GMT 1675 (acrylic) solid gold?

A reputable Melbourne vintage-watch dealer has just shown me, two watches and they are both in above excellent condition.

One is a Submariner ref 1680 in 18k solid gold and comes with a blue dial, while the other is a GMT Master ref 1675 (acrylic plexi), also in 18k solid gold and comes with a brown dial. Though I am attracted to both, very likely, I can afford to get only one of them, either to keep or for daily wear.

Which of the two, you reckon, will hold its value better, should I decide to re-sell it, say in five years' time, from now? Also, which of the two is rarer and will become more collectible?
