Problem with Pam50

My Pam50 is broken I have not been giving it much wrist time lately. I wore it the other day and after about 2 hours on a full wind the second hand stopped on 7. I thought that was strange so I took it off, set it, winded back up, and after a couple of hours it did the exact same thing. Last night I wound it, put it in the winder (never been in the winder before) and when I woke this morning it had stopped on the 7 second hand again. What does this sound like? Does it sound serious. No one down here works on Panerai and I really don't want to put it in the mail. I am going to Vegas next week so I could take it there to have fixed.
