I don't know what exactly what model she has, but it could be that she is looking for advice.
Chad could be correct in that it could be magnetized somehow. Once a friend of mine swore off his 2 Subs as pieces of junk. He was a car salesman and carried magnetic dealer tags in his briefcase where he stored his watches when working on cars or needed a low key image. You get the picture. Btw - he store is computer backups in the same briefcase. ;-(( IMHO - If the OP really does like the watch, I would give Rolex one more chance. I would send into a RSC facility with a complete history of what has happened, including the number of services along with personal cost of those repairs. Let the RSC repair or replace the timepiece.
