Do you think Rolex will ever...
...do a tribute model to one of their older watches? I guess they did with the expy II, but only slightly with the hand.
This is fairly common in other brands. Blancpain did a tribute to Fifty Fathoms JLC does frequent tribute to Reverso, Deepsea, +many more Cacheron Constantin tribute to American 1921 Tudor and the Heritage chrono. Panerai....too many to mention! I don't know, but I'm just not excited about any new Rolex. I think I really like the designs more from yesteryear. They can still have all the modern clasps, bezels, etc, but why not bring back some amazing pieces from the past? Could you imagine how a popular a modern interpretation of this would be? Thoughts? Wishes?
