Urgent: Chronometre cert vs guarantee papers
I found a vintage 2.2M Rolex that I really like, however it comes with a Grantie/Attestation de Chronometre Officiel paper (punched) which has a number that is different from the serial number on the watch (the latter being 534...)
Reading http://www.rolexephemera.com/info-chronopapers.htm it seems like the older watches had separate guarantee and COSC cert papers, if I understand it correctly. So could "my" paper be the correct one belonging to the watch? Thanks! Patrick |
