How to loosen the watch.

my Sub sits high on my wrist and is kind of tight. Everytime I wear the watch, it leaves an imprint on my skin. i bought the watch from an AD out of state so i cant go back to let them re-adjust.

i dont want to add an extension link (i have a coupe spare ones that come with the watch when i bought it) because it would be too loose.

is there a way to loosen one notch from the cuff(sorry i dont know the terminology) where you fold and lock it in place. does anyone know how to do it? I think loosen one notch would be perfect for me.
