Easy way to install a deployant buckle on a new strap?
OK,

About to install my brown gator / white stitch on a deployant. The buckle came off the old strap pretty easily...but putting the new on is a bit tough. I don't want to scar up the tip of the new strap.

Any suggestions / pics / online tutorials anyone can link me to?
