Just wondering if anyone could recommend a good iPad app.

I've found a lot which seem to be geared to messing around with the colour and contrast but what I'm after is one where I can cut out unsightly aspects of the pic and replace with something else.

It doesn't need to be anything all that fancy.

As an example of what I'd want it to do we often get pics of the horses where there is a pile of 'you know what' ruining an otherwise perfect pic. I'd just like to be able to cut that out and replace it with grass or something...
