LOST Rolex Spring Bar Question...need your advice please.

I was switching bands with my exp2 / k serial / lug holes when one of the spring bar popped out and bounced somewhere I couldn't find. So I was like, no issues, I have extra 20mm (non rolex) spring bars from the leather bands that I've bought. So I used it....BUT after playing with it for a while, I noticed that there's a little bit of "play" on the end links, it's not as tight as the OEM Rolex spring bars. I'm guessing because the diameter of the non rolex spring bar is not as big as the original so there's a little bit of clearance/play/shake. I mean, it's okay but I am not satisfied so my question is....

Can I just call my AD (Tourneau, Jared, CD Peacock, Bindhi etc...) and order one spring bar over the phone/without going to their store?

Can I just call RSC and order without sending my watch in?

Are there any vendors out there where I could purchase a 20mm spring bar that has the same diameter as the Rolex ones? Ottofrei maybe?

I was wondering if you guys can shed some light on this matter.

Thanks guys in advance.
