16610 hands too tight!

Hello everyone. This is my first post here. I have been looking everywhere for the answer to my question and came accross this forum. I have a Rolex Submariner 16610 that I bought pre owned recently. Very quickly I noticed that the hands appear to be so tight, that they are pressing the dial downwards! I was shocked when I saw this and am now worried that the watch could be fake. Anyway, when the light shines on the dial in a certain way you can see a circle reflecting on the dial with a diameter of about 2 millimeters. I tried to take a picture but it is too hard to see in a picture. I am hoping someone can tell me if this could be a flaw in my watch and if it can be repaired or if you think my watch could be fake. Thanks everyone.
