Icon7 Woman's vs Men's Rolex used value

I know there are a b'zillion threads on Rolex value on the used market so I hope this one is a bit different. In looking at the 4-sale watches I see that men's outnumber women's 20 to 1 if not more. Should I assume there are more men's watches sold new than women's and if so, do the women's command more money on the used market, relevant and proportional to new cost that is.

In the process of buying a new woman's Datejust TT with jubilee bracelet diamond dial and diamond bezel.

Thanks

H
