Toothpaste and Tropic 19
I just purchased a Tudor 7016/0 with a nice Tropic 19 and of course the acrylic had a few scratches and scuffs on it. I have no Polywatch right now and thought I would try the old toothpaste trick. WOW, the toothpaste worked much better than I had expected. I just dampened a cotton cloth and applied light toothpaste in a circular motion and viola! I am amazed how the scratch free acrylic adds such a fresh look to the watch.
Has anyone any experience with Polywatch? Do I ever need to use Polywatch if the toothpaste worked so well? |
