question for sub c owners

I have had my sub c for about 2 months and it has been great. One thing I have noticed is that when setting the time it has become difficult to get the minute hand exactly where i want it. Meaning when I try to get the minute hand over a specific tic, I usually over shoot it and have to try again. It use to be very smooth but over time has become somewhat jumpy. Just curious if anybody else has experienced this. Thanks guys
