This is a Rolex mens watch that was given to me by the widow of a friend who recently passed. The third picture shows 18K on the stem holding the bracelet. If you look carefully you will see 18K. I did try to get closer. That picture also shows a tiny hole where a crown was previously. This watch runs perfectly and there are no major scratches that I can see. The box and pillow and outer box and a manual is included. I don't know what quick set means but can tell you that the day and date can be changed individually. That's from playing around with this great watch. I have no idea what it is worth as I was told he had it for well over 20 years. Runs great and in great shape.
