I've been in this job for about 10 months, it's kind of lazy job and I am too senior for this role

I had an offer for another challenging role for 20% more ($)

I am a bit confused.... I feel very comfortable here and I'm not sure if I am up to another challenge

My question for yout thoughts... what would you do ????

Current Role : Database Marketing Manager for a Not for Profit organisation

Offer : database Marketing consultant for Aust Largest Retailer
