Icon11 How "vintage" is this TT DJ?

first thread at the Vintage sub forum, so please go easy on me
(no idea on what qualifies as a "vintage".. )

long story short - took some pix of this TT DJ this arvo and would like to find out more info.

i have tried to remove the bracelet, but didnt have the right size pin to push into the lug hole... the lug hole seems to be very small. have tried with a needle, but it was abit too difficult - will try to look for a paper clip. is it normal for one side of the spring bar to push in and the other side not so much?

will the serial number located at the 6 o'clock end of the case?

there also quite alot of gunk... (it was a daily wearer & apparently it was acquired in 1984-ish in Swizterland). so a clean is most likely required

anyway, here are some pix, any info/advice would be greatly appreciated

thanks & hope the pix are okay
