Whats going on now?

Last December I had my Submariner serviced; it now looked great and ran great. About a month ago it started loosing time, about 20 seconds a day which is too much for me so I was going to take it back in this week. This morning I went to wind the watch to get it going since I hadn’t worn the watch in about a week, and as I was winding it, something didn’t feel right. As I would wind it,it felt like the gears were slipping. As you’d wind it you could hear and feel the watch wind and then slip. So now I have two problems.

Its going back in tomorrow, my first question is this a major problem? My second question is do you think this should be covered under warranty? Every time I had this watch serviced it ran without any problems for over ten years , now its ten months.

I appreciate any advice you have.
