Well, did not quite plan all of this as I just found the Marathon in a pawn shop today but October surely was a Month of the Watch for me..
oct 3.. TT GMT SERTI.. planned purchase
oct 7.. Seiko 7002/7009 automatic
today.. Marathon GSAR
today, my jeweler friend in Cincinnati called me and told me he had a Tudor Chrono, silver dial with black small dials.. We agreed on a price and gave my word so it is mine. It is the older model with the "R" features.

Well, I said I would not buy another Rolex this year after the GMT so I am really still ok, right?
