Need help identifying

I've found a Rolex that belonged to one of my uncles, but i couldn't tell if its a fake or real.
I've did some research on internet and found it matches all the qualities that an authentic Rolex should have, except the serial number.
It is a oyster perpetual datejust, probably purchased 30-40years ago?

No serial number 100% = fake?
Thanks for helping
