Watch back from service with chipped hour plot

My 14060 was running about 15s slow so I checked it in to a local service \ repair shop that has a good reputation and I understand is Rolex trained and ex-RSC.
I got it back a couple of weeks ago and seeing as the GMT has been getting almost all the wrist time hadn't looked to hard at it, but on Friday I noticed there was a chip on one of the hour plots that went through to the dial.
It would be fair to say I'm less than happy and will be taking the matter up with the gentleman in question tomorrow.

My question is what do you think is fair for me to ask?
Money back for the service (~$450)? a new dial?

I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on the matter.

Thanks
Rob
