Can't set the time - HELP!
I have a Rolex Datejust that is about 8 years old. It was serviced by Rolex about 2 years ago.
I normally wear it every day and it has never let me down....until now! I took it off on Friday evening and went to put it on this morning (Monday) - it had stopped, of course. So, I went to adjust the time, unscrewed the crown and pulled it out - but it didn't pull out all of the way. It refuses to pull out to the last position (the one to set the time). I can wind it up and that's about it. The second hand has started to move, so mechanically thinks are working. Just the crown will not pull out all the way to set the time. Questions - 1) Shall I pull the crown out harder (or will this cause damage)? 2) Does anyone know how long the warranty is for after a Rolex service? Thanks. |
