The crystal and crown & tube were replaced as requested, but so was the bezel and insert, which I said I didn't want done. I'll call tomorrow to ask about that -- I really don't like the 'new' look it gives it.

The case and bracelet were also polished, so it really does look new. Too new, I'm afraid.

But it has been completely rebuilt and has a two year factory guarantee, so it's not all bad...
