dust on dial on new watch acceptable?

Hi, I traded in my 2003 datejust [midsize black dial] for the same model but current [178240] last week. My new watch is brand new and came from an AD in London I'm delighted with it. But I just had a close look at it in very bright sun and I can see a couple of small specks of dust on the dial and two small smudges on the hands. They are only visible if you look carefully in a bright light, but now I've seen them I'm annoyed. Given the cost of the watch are these acceptable? Will the AD think I'm a total pain if I bring it back? Or is it impossible to ever totally eliminate dust??
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks. S x
