Tell her to go call the AD and have them fax the receipt if she wants it for toilet paper but its not a pre-requisite for the warranty coverage. The warranty is not subject to interpretation as it clearly written. If I were you I'd go back and if the same person is there, tell them you want to speak to someone in their legal department before you report them to the FTC for violating the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and name her specifically in the complaint.
